Chef, Artist, and Entrepreneur
I am an Alumni of Food and Finance High School and Culinary Institute of America '21 for baking and pastry, and was able to achieve it all with a full-tuition scholarship that I earned in C-CAP culinary competition (which was the Russell Ferber Scholarship).

Background :

Growing up in Queens, NY I have always surrounded myself with other artist and foodies. I have successfully catered 100+ public and private catering events and ongoing. My passion for food comes through every dish I make whether it be pastry or savory, I simply can't stay out of the kitchen.

For the first industry job I had I interned at Union Fare cafe and restaurant through Careers Through Culinary Arts Program, C-CAP has a great reputation and he plans on building his skills with them until college.

Next, I interned at The Grill, by Major Food Group where I worked service and prep, I helped the team at The Grill get great reviews, like 3-stars from food critic Pete Wells.
I then, worked at the Food Network (FN for short) as a test kitchen intern, in summer 2017, and I have since done freelance work with FN. I have also externed while attending the CIA at 3 Michelin star Eleven Madison Park on 23rd street in Manhattan NY.

Having now graduated, I have a 7-year plan to work for New York's top restaurants with a strong pastry department and finally work my way to save and invest, to own and operate a (Patisserie) Bakery, as well as a fine dining restaurant down the line that will serve the high quality food you'd expect at a high price point for less money.

Passion, love, finesse, and creativity are some of my best attributes in the kitchen. I plan to retire and become a local NYC food critic or maybe even a culinary instructor... either way you should be on the lookout for me and my brand "Chef To Be".

My inspirations include many...

Duff Goldman, my high school chef instructor Geoffrey Tulloch, Daniel Boulud, Grant achatz, Thiago Silva, Julia Child, Alan Battman a well known NY food photographer, Gordon Parks and many more!
