Hi, it’s Cheftobe Jahqyad Austin… for anyone who read my favorite Food and Finance High School visiting chef at See Food Media I’ve recently just done a demo that’s now my second favorite visiting chef… with Chef Dassy. Chef Dassy has had a long culinary career, she’s had her own show on Food Network,and has catered hundreds of even public and Private. She has also taught at the International (ICC).
Out of all chef's we have had teach a visiting chef she was one of the most outgoing, energetic, and her tips were amazing… not mention the food👍…
We made food that was both amazing yet different from anything I've ever had… being that chef had children she new how to cook in a captivating and inviting atmosphere. She basically made comfort food with us… because what's more comforting than warm chicken tamales and Spanish influenced egg rolls.
Chef also was able to set some of our students in place… students that weren't bad behavior wise but were way to talkative… so they got a short explanation on why listening is so important in the kitchen and in life.
Chef had great morals and gave amazing tips for cooking as well… we learned how to infuse oil, to get achiote oil for flavoring our sausage, plantain, and shrimp filling the egg rolls.
